I’M BYRON

A strength and conditioning coach with 8 years in personal training and high performance sport.

Having played sport all my life from semi-pro rugby to county hockey, I developed a passion for fitness that has driven me to work with athletes and individuals of all abilities.

My experience includes roles with Crystal Palace FC Academy, Badminton Scotland, The Royal Ballet School and Harlequins, as well as coaching countless individuals to improve health, strength and longevity.

I specialise in helping people get fitter, stronger and more confident - not only in sport, but in everyday life.

SET UP
Next you’ll fill out an introductory form and get set up on our training platform where you’ll have access to your programme (Usually within 48hrs)

We will establish baselines, movement competencies and prepare you for your first training block.

Here is where we’ll build momentum and consistency, establishing habits, routines and understanding around your training.

Your programme is designed to provide you with the platform to strive and thrive to your fitness goal, whether specific or general.

Fitness App

All programming are accessible on the Fitr training app where sessions can be viewed and filled in, video demos of exercises can be seen, own videos can be uploaded to be analysed and direct feedback can be sent.

24/7 contact Online

The coach is only a message away. When training online, we aim provide as real-time responses as possible to make sure you as the client have all the information you need.

Check-Ins

It is always important for coach and athlete to stay on the same page. Alongside 24/7 messaging, a monthly call is there to discuss programming in more depth to keep the athlete on track to achieving their aims.

Benefit from 24/7 support outside of sessions, including guidance on training, recovery, nutrition, and lifestyle habits.

Through carrying out a number of tests, we were able to accurately assess the players progress over the duration of the course, with some excellent results for all participants.

I approached Byron for help getting stronger and more powerful on the pitch to make an impact on my rugby premiership season.
